We are affiliated with all Astoria Hotels and Resorts as well as the Resort Condominiums International (RCI), the world’s largest timeshare vacation exchange network.
Have you received any awards since you started operating?
Astoria Plaza is the first city hotel in the Philippines to be categorized as a Gold Crown property – the highest status given by RCI to its affiliate hotels and resorts. We are also a recipient of RCI’s most prestigious and most coveted President’s Club Award.

What is the policy for transferring guest certificates in AVLCI and RCI?
For AVLCI, an authorization from the member will suffice with no fees applied. With RCI, there is a S$70 fee for the guest certificate.
What should I do if I want to use the certificate and bring more people with me?
The gift certificate is only valid for two persons.
As a member, can I upgrade our 1BR unit allocation to a 2BR and just pay the difference?
No. The option is for you to get another room at a 15% discount.
Can I use my hotel discount at any given time?
As members, you may use your discounts based on the parameters set for the usage of discounts. All reservations are subject to availability. For food and beverages, there is a 15% discount for both cash and credit card payments, which will apply to a maximum of 6 persons.
In excess, regular F&B rates will apply. For rooms, a 15% discount will apply to a maximum of 3 rooms.
Can I choose other AVLCI properties as my home resort?
AVLCI currently has only two (2) home resorts: Astoria Plaza in Ortigas and Astoria Palawan. You may still use your holiday entitlement at any of our hotels and resorts in Boracay, Greenbelt, or Bohol but with a minimal reservation fee.
Please be reminded that there is no reservation fee at your home resort.
May I use the swimming pool at Astoria Boracay or at any other AHR resort, even if I am not a staying guest? If not, may I pay to use the pool, instead?
Only checked-in guests and members are allowed to use the pool.
